Northern Lights Group is a consortium of seven registered social landlords; Accent, Arawak Walton, Arcon, Equity, “Johnnie” Johnson, Muir and St Vincent’s.

The Consortium is principally based in the North West but operates across the whole of the North of England, with some partners also operating in the Midlands and East of England.

The Consortium was formed in response to the Housing Corporation’s policy
‘Re-inventing Investment’, with Accent acting as the lead partner.

Our principal aim is to bid and receive allocations to develop new homes.

So far Northern Lights Group partners have received £20m of Social Housing Grant to produce 600 new or refurbished homes.

The Northern Lights Group brings together the expertise of 7 independent organisations, opening up new and existing channels of funding.
